Everything you need to get going: installing the app, setting up your tasks, and putting your streak on your home screen.
Install the app
- 1Download the APK on your phone.
- 2Open the file. The first time, Android asks you to allow installs from your browser.
- 3Tap Install. A newer version installs over the old one and keeps your data.
Set up in a few minutes
Circle: keeps your streak
Finish every one on the days it's due and your streak grows by a day. Missing one resets it.
Square: everyday to-do
Good to finish, and it never breaks your streak. One-off tasks are always squares.

Add your first task
Tap Add task on Today. Give it a name, then decide whether it counts toward your streak.
Counts toward streak on: the task is a circle. Missing it resets your streak.
Counts toward streak off: the task is a square. It never affects your streak.

Choose when it's due
Recurring tasks repeat on the days you pick: every day, weekdays, weekends or any mix.
One-off tasks are due on a single date. They're always squares and don't count toward your streak.
Changing a recurring task's days? Apply it from today onward or from a date you choose. Past days keep the schedule they had.

Track an amount
Turn on Track an amount to set a daily target, a unit and how much each + adds, such as 2,500 ml in 250 ml steps.
Tap + on the task to add a step, or tap the task to step up and down. It ticks itself at the target.

Read the calendar
Dark green with a tick: every task done. Green: every streak task done. Red with a cross: the streak broke that day. A teal ring marks today until its result is known.
Tap any day to see what was completed and what was missed. Your current and longest streaks sit at the top.

Add the widget
Long-press your home screen, tap Widgets, find Consistency and drag it on.
Small shows your streak. Wide adds your next three tasks. Large shows the full list and a + for adding a task. Tick tasks straight from it.

Set the wallpaper
In the Wallpaper tab, pick what it shows: Streak, To-do list, Daily quote or Link Line. Choose System, Light or Dark, then tap Apply wallpaper.
It redraws as your tasks change and at midnight, on the home screen only. Tap Stop updating to keep the current picture or reset to your default wallpaper.

Back up, if you want to
An account is optional. Sign in with email or Google to back up your tasks, schedules and ticks, and to use the same streak on another phone.
Log out any time: everything stays on this phone and backup pauses.

Tasks and streaks
What do the circle and the square mean?
A circle is a streak task: finish every one on the days it's due and your streak grows by a day. A square is an everyday to-do. It's good to finish, but it never breaks your streak.
How is my streak counted?
Your streak grows by one for each day you finish every streak task that's due. Today counts once all of today's streak tasks are ticked. A day with no streak tasks due still counts. Days end at midnight on your phone's time.
Why did my streak reset?
A streak task that was due wasn't ticked by midnight, so the count started again from zero. Past days can't be ticked afterwards, so tick tasks on the day. Your longest streak is still kept.
Calendar, widget and wallpaper
What do the calendar colours mean?
Dark green with a tick: every task done. Green: every streak task done. Red with a cross: the streak broke that day. A teal ring marks today until its result is known. Tap any day to see its tasks.
How do I add the widget?
Long-press your home screen, tap Widgets, find Consistency and drag it on. Resize it to show more or fewer tasks. You can tick tasks straight from the widget, and its plus button adds a new one. It follows your phone's light or dark setting, not the app's theme.
How does the wallpaper work, and how do I stop it?
In the Wallpaper tab, pick what it shows, then tap Apply. It can show today's to-do list, or Link Line, a thread of your streak where each cross marks a broken day. It redraws as you tick tasks and changes only your home screen, never the lock screen. To stop, tap Stop updating and choose to keep the current picture or go back to your phone's default wallpaper.
Account
Do I need an account, and what does it back up?
No. Everything works offline without an account. Signing in backs up your tasks, schedules and ticks. It syncs within seconds while the app is open, and about every 15 minutes in the background. Sign in with the same account on another phone and your data merges in. If you log out, everything stays on this phone and backup pauses.
How do I delete my account?
Open Get help and tap Delete account. Your account and all its data are permanently deleted from our database. You can choose to keep everything on this phone, and the app keeps working without an account.
What stays on your phone, and what doesn't
- Without an account
- Your tasks, schedules and history are stored only on your phone. The app downloads the day's quotes, which are the same for everyone and carry none of your data.
- With an account
- Your email and name (and your Google profile, if you sign in with Google), plus task names, schedules, daily ticks and amounts, are backed up to our server, hosted on Supabase. Each account can reach only its own data.
- On the phone
- Sign-in details are stored encrypted. Android's own app backup is turned off, so without an account, uninstalling the app removes your data.
- Permissions
- Internet, for quotes and backup, and Set wallpaper, for the streak wallpaper. There are no ads, no analytics and no notifications.
- Deleting your account
- Delete account in Get help permanently removes your account and all its data from our server. You choose whether to keep everything on the phone.
